VOCATIONS GROUP

 

 

 

Vocation ……. What is it?  Do I have one?  Is God calling me?

 

“I do feel God doing something inside of me but I don’t know how to get involved or how to answer His call.”

 

Am I to be Married? …… Priest? ……. Lay Consecrated?........ Single? …….. Nun?

 

If these are the types of questions you have, then our Vocations Group may just be what God is offering you at this time in your life.

 

Each of us is called by God in one way or another.  The Vocations Group seeks to move beyond this knowledge and engage in a practical way all the questions named above.

 

At the heart of vocation is our inner disposition to God which should always be open and ready to say: “Yes Lord, have your way in me!”  It also involves a commitment to seek out the will of God.

 

This is an invitation to any single person who desires to open their heart to seek His will as we share and discern the vocation that God is calling us to.  Join us on this adventure and exploration into the LOVE of God.  A LOVE which frees us to one day say “Yes Lord, here I am.”  Remember God calls all of us, saint or sinner. 

 

We meet every other Monday at 5.00 pm from Monday, October 1st, 2007 at the LWC Centre, 109 Frederick Street, Port of Spain.

 

Vocation is worth exploring!  “Do not be afraid!”
